INTRODUCTION:

Today, in this era where everyone is so much busy in their

schedule that they don’t have any time to work and to make their society to

work properly. All what they just can blame the government for the condition

and the problems, they are facing. If ever they are insisted to report to the

government officials, there is a single argument that “We don’t have so much

TIME”.

This reason not only affects them but also a great hurdle in the

development of the country. Government wants to work but don’t know what

the problems, countrymen are facing.

This is where the idea of an ONLINE COMPLAINT BOX comes into

the picture. This is an online portal for all the country persons where they can

report their complaints online and need not to go to the offices for reports.

This complaint box will be available all over India, with a control over the

Indian Government Bureaucrats.

PROJECT ANALYSIS

This project is made keeping in mind that everyone should be able

to operate this in a simple and lenient manner. If a layman with no computer

knowledge can even work on this by jus following the instructions.

· LANGUAGE USED - In this project we have preferred to use

ANDROID & PHP to work. As in today’s scenario, android OS have

captured the market and everyone is preferring android, so we will be

developing app in ANDROID & PHP

· PROJECT WORKING –

In this project, there will be following MODULES:

1. Signup Panel

2. Login Panel

3. Lodging Complaint

4. Responses from the Officials

1) Signup Panel: This panel will provide a form with columns asking the

details about user, like “First Name”, “Last Name”, “Date of Birth” etc.

After all these details there will be a confirmation E-Mail for all

users. In this panel, user can have a UNIQUE USERNAME &

PASSWORD, which will be used while logging in.

All the entries will be inserted in a database and can be viewed to the

administrator only.

2) Login Panel: This panel will let the user to get into the complaint

forum and after logging in with their unique USERNAME &

PASSWORD only then he/she can lodge any complaint.

There will be an option of FORGOT PASSWORD, in case user forgot

the password.

3) Lodging Complaint: This panel will be the actual and main panel

where the user will get into the profile and here will be able to lodge

a complaint which ever he/she will be facing in his/her locality,

society.

There will be a commenting section for all the other users of same

region which can suggest some ways to cope up with all these

problems.

All the complaints will be available to the administrator only of their

area.

Eg. A person for KURUKSHETRA (HARYANA) lodged a complaint

about “Water Supply” in locality, ADMINISTRATOR from

KURUKSHETRA (HARYANA) can view that particular complaint not

all other ADMINISTRATORS of other part.

4) Response from the Officials: All the complaints will be stored in the

database which can be viewed only to the ADMINISTRATOR; he/she

can only be able to view all the complaints only of their region and

can respond back to them. They can also view all the suggestions

given by all the other users in order to help in the decision.

With all these we have created a project keeping in mind that

ADMINISTRATOR should not get hampered and can work with a relaxed

mind.

Although there is no such ONLINE COMPALINT BOX available to the people of

India till now which could hear them online.

ADVANTAGES OF ONLINE COMPALINT BOX

This Complaint Box is created by keeping following advantages in

mind:

It will save time of all the officials as well as the common people.

Government can give better solution to all the problems.

There will be less mental pressure to the officials.

People of other region will come to know about other’s problem

and can try to cope up with that problem if it occurs there too.

All these features are added to the project keeping in mind that it should be as

much user-friendly is much it can.

Windows 7 Blue Screen Problems and How To Fix This Error

The blue screen error — also known as Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) — is pretty common on all versions of Windows, be it the oldest or even the newest one. This error can get really annoying. It can even block users from logging onto their Windows operating system. As a result, the system is seemingly impossible to use at all. But what PC users should keep in mind is that they are not the only people to experience this particular problem. As mentioned earlier, it has been pretty common and, fortunately, people have found out some workaround methods that may prove to be quite effective in solving the BSOD.

However, it is important to understand what may have triggered the BSOD. Most of the time, BSOD can be triggered by a recent change in either the computer’s hardware or software. For example, a newly installed hardware will most likely need proper driver files in order to work properly. Although it is true that the drivers are normally provided with the hardware, there are times when the driver files may happen to be corrupted. Another possibility is that one or more of the applications or software installed on the system encounters conflicts. Also, taking into accounts that drivers are software as well, they may just as well trigger the conflicts.
Yet, if the problem is not on the software, chances are there is something wrong with the hardware. It may have been damaged or installed improperly. In this case, it is always a good idea to try using the hardware in question on another computer to see if it works.
How to Solve BSOD
There are several ways that may well solve the blue screen error. The first way is to uninstall the drivers and try to install the latest drivers from the website of the hardware vendor. Secondly, it is worth trying to uninstall the device using the Device Manager utility. Last but not least, System Restore utility built into Windows may also be pretty helpful.
However, some people may wonder how they can run all these utilities if they cannot even log onto Windows. Well, the Safe Mode provided with each version of Windows is normally the answer to this. When the computer is trying to boot after passing the self diagnosis process, constantly hitting the F8 key will usually display a list of advanced Windows options, one of which is the Safe Mode. Choosing it will enable users to log onto the system yet with limited capabilities. However, it is enough to solve the BSOD.

So, at this stage, it is possible to use any of the 3 possible methods mentioned earlier. The first is to uninstall the drivers. Yet, one thing that is important to keep in mind that Windows tends to leave junks behind after some things are uninstalled. Therefore, it may be necessary to launch the Registry Cleaners to clean up the rest of the troublesome drivers. Manual registry edition is not advisable for newbies because Windows Registry it`s such delicate thing that, you can easily damage Windows functionality if you’re not know what are you doing!

The second method is to uninstall the device using Device Management utility. This utility can be launched by typing “devmgmt.msc” in the command line. Once the utility window shows up, simply right click on the troublesome device and choose Uninstall.
Lastly, there is System Restore. However, this method won’t be useful unless this feature is kept active all the time. Some advanced PC users may disable it to save spaces and processing time of applications. System Restore can be accessed by clicking the Start button and then choosing Programs followed by Accessories and System Tools. Users simply need to choose a date before they install the new conflicting hardware or software and Windows will revert everything to that date. As a result, the operating system should now be working normally again.

Create a custom Control Panel in Windows XP

Note: This tip applies to both Windows XP Home and Windows XP Professional.


To simplify access to the tools in Windows XP’s Control Panel, Microsoft created the Category View, in which the Control Panel’s tools are organized into categories. If you’re an old‐school Windows user, you can still switch back to the Classic View, in which all of the Control Panel’s tools are available. If you admire the simplicity of the Category View but prefer the Classic View, you may want to create your own custom Control Panel that combines the best of both views.

Here’s how:

1. Right‐click the Start button and select the Explore command.

2. Go to File | New | Folder.

3. Name the new folder My Control Panel.

4. Right‐click your new My Control Panel folder, select the Properties command, choose the Customize tab, click the Change Icon button, and select an icon that will differentiate this folder from all the rest on the Start menu.

5. Open your new My Control Panel folder and then open the original Control Panel and select Classic View.

6. Drag and drop your favorite tools from the original Control Panel to your new My Control Panel folder.

7. Close both your new My Control Panel folder and the original Control Panel. Now when you need to use your favorite tool, just click Start | All Programs and at the top of the All Programs menu, select the My Control Panel folder.

You’ll see your favorite tools in an easy to access drop‐down menu.

I have heard many peoples suffering from autorun.inf virus that is the major problem of the windows xp users

Anyway, As we know Our Antivirus (Basically, Avira, Avast, AVG, etc), Only detects Virus i.e autorun.inf whenever you insert your removable disk (Pen Drives). But our AntiVirus can’t disinfect it nor delete it.
Hmm, the autorun.inf is hidden and it can’t be remove or disinfected by Anti virus.
I have a Funny tutorial for you all through which you all can get Rid from this Virus without any Antivirus:
1. Open Notepad
2. Do not write anything in it.
3. Save as (any where in PC i.e Desktop) with name “autorun.inf”
4. Copy and paste in your “Pen Drives”
5. Remove your drive then insert again, it will open normally

Enable/Disable Your Task Manager

Well, this situation might never arise when you need to Disable your Task manager. But more commonly it happens because of a virus attack. Viruses do disable the Task Manager. Now they do so by editing the Registry values. Even if you remove the viruses, the registry changes will remain and thy will continue to effect your system, until you correct them.
This is easy and I will let you know how this can be done with just a small change in Registry. Here’s what you need to do.

1. Go to Start –> Run, and open Regedit.

2. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
3. If you are infected by a Virus then you will see a Dword Value “DisableTaskMgr“, if not, then create this new value.
4. To Enable it, give a value of “0“, and to Disable it, give it a value of “1“ This is a very simple method by which Task manager can be Enabled/ Disabled. Apart from that, if you are in a network, and want to disable Task manager for a user, then you need to change the Computer Policies.

How to Use Pen Drive As RAM

Insert your pen-drive. Let your PC read it.(Minimum 2 GB)

1. Right click on My Computer.
2. Click on Properties from context menu.
3. Click on Advanced tab.
4. Click on Settings under Performance.
5. Click on Advanced tab.





6. Click on Change button under Virtual memory.
7. Select your USB drive.
8. Click on custom size radio button and give the values as follows;

• Initial Size:1020
• Maximum size:1020

Note::The size depends upon your free memory capacity of your pen drive. So you can change this limit according to your pen drive size.  9.  Click on Set button, then click on OK.

Now you have to restart the computer. The speed of your computer will be increase
